　　In reply to your letter of June 12, we are interested in your various leather bags and have decided to place a trial order as per the terms stated in your offer of June 12.
 
　　Please take special care of the quality and the package of this order. The leather should be of the same quality as that used in the sample. We hope that you can pack each bag in an airtight polythene bag, a dozen bags in a box and then 20 boxes into a strong seaworthy wooden case.
 
　　We place this order on the clear understanding that you can guarantee shipment at Dalian to New York by Oct. 1, and we reserve the right to cancel it and refuse delivery after this date. We will order more if the first order with you proves to be satisfactory.
 
　　Please confirm the acceptance of our order by return. Upon receipt of your confirmation, an L/C will be issued.

　　We are very pleased to receive your order (No.132) for Leather Bags. We accept the order and are enclosing you our Sales Confirmation No. 123 in duplicate of which please countersign and return one copy to us for our file.
 
　　Please note that a confirmed and irrevocable Letter of Credit in our favor covering the above-mentioned goods should be established immediately. The stipulations in the relevant Letter of credit should strictly conform to the terms stated in the herewith enclosed Sales Confirmation so as to avoid possible subsequent amendments.
 
　　As soon as we get your L/C, we shall arrange the delivery immediately. We believe that the goods will turn out to meet your entire satisfaction and we may have further orders from you.
